Why haven't I received a tracking number after my purchase?

Order an item and have not received anything nor a tracking number

It sounds as though you’re referring to an order you made with a store online.

To clarify, Shopify is the e-commerce software that some merchants use to build their own stores to sell online or in-person.

We don’t ourselves have any involvement in the shipping or orders made via these independent stores.

If you have made an order with a store online I’d recommend you reach out to that store directly for an update on the order you made.

You can try replying to any order confirmation email you may have gotten automatically about your order, or you can try checking on the store page itself for any contact info you can use to reach out about your order.

Hopefully, you’ll be able to get an update on the order you made before too long!

If you’ve already tried to contact the store in question by replying to any confirmation email and they are not helping to resolve the issue with your order, you can next contact the payment method you used to make this order to let them know what has happened.
