Missing tracking number for a package I ordered

Can someone help me out here? I’m missing a tracking number for my shipment.

It says the order has been shipped from an email I received, but at same time it says “We couldn’t find the tracking number”.

I order my package over a month ago and I already tried contacting the seller to no avail. (They didn’t respond to my emails.)

I am new to Shopify and there’s no support number and the help pages don’t really provide any contact info with the support desk.

Update: My Order number is 1044.

I am using the shop app.

I paid with the credit card option.

Having the same problem but mine just saids ready to ship but still the same problem no tracking number or anything

If your order is ready to ship and a tracking number hasn’t been provided, then we’d recommend first trying to contact the store directly and inquire about your order’s status. However, if you’re not hearing back or you’re unable to resolve an issue with a merchant, then you can report the store and we’ve got some next steps to assist you here: FAQ: Your Online Order. That being said, if you don’t receive your order within 30 days, then we’d advise contacting your credit card provider and they can further assist you with recovering the funds.
