Why is Google app not recognizing my refund policy and terms of service?

Hiya.

I am having trouble with the Google app.

It says I need refund policy & terms of service on the footer menu.

I have these on the footer menu and they are linked through settings aswell.

When I go on to my website and click these they are there. But Google is still saying I need them there to complete the set up… please helllpppp thanks :slightly_smiling_face:

Hey @Emma44 ,

I have come across this issue a few times. This tends to happen when the information hasn’t synced within the Google channel on Shopify properly. Simply delete the channel then re-add it again and you should be good to go!
