I have a problem with my gift card, cause i’ve added gift card with variants and added it to the menu. But I can’t view product page although it’s done and set as activate.

I just tried going to your gift card product from your ‘gift cards’ collection (https://60338a.myshopify.com/collections/gift-cards) and I’m also getting the 404 error.

Otherwise, I could only suggest either reaching out to Shopify’s support team (https://help.shopify.com/en/support/login) or else hiring an Expert/Partner from this page: https://www.shopify.com/partners/directory/services/store-setup/set-up-products-and-collections
If you’re going to try and solve this yourself, here are some ideas for where to start:
- make sure you don’t have any redirects setup for the gift card
- see if there has been any coding changes made the gift card template within the theme’s coding (and if there has been, revert changes)
- check to see if the gift card product is in draft mode (if it is, then publish it)
- create a new gift card product and see if that one will work
- check for issues with your translation app (it’s currently not letting me switch from English to Deutsch) as that could be interfering with the URLs, causing the 404 error
The above list is where I would start troubleshooting.
