Why is my account on hold after activating Shopify payout?

Guys please i need urgent help.

i want to start promoting my website but all i need to do is fix the issue of my customers only having 1 option of payment which is paypal, so i uploaded all my documents for shopify payout and everything was right and my shopify payout was activated but im on hold for an unknown reason!!! Even tho my documents are corret this is so frustrating and i just need a resolve please

This looks to be a standard review that our banking partners have requested, as they require additional information to verify your account. When a Shopify Payments account is on hold, you should receive an email with what next steps to take. I recommend replying directly to the email to resolve the payout hold. How to contact Shopify Support:

  • Head over to the Shopify Help Center and log in to your store.
  • From the topics provided, select Money > Shopify Payments.
  • On the following page, scroll down to Get Support to view our available support options.
  • Please note: If the Request a Callback button is unavailable, keep checking back as it will show once there is room in the phone queue to offer support.
