Even though provided all credit card details my payment is failing again and again
showing this error please help as thing are delaying so much due to this small task.

With this type of issue, the best bet is to get in touch with the Support team directly to have them check what is the reason is?
You could refer to this link, log in to your store account then type in a topic in the search bar and select Search. On the following page, scroll down to Get Support and click Continue and you’ll be presented with options to contact their Support via chat, email, or schedule a call-back.

Can you clarify for me please are you seeing this error when trying to pay your own Shopify invoice? Or are customers who come to your store seeing this error?
If this is for your invoice - are you using Shopify Payments as your Payment gateway? What country are you based in at the moment?
