Why is my CSV product import not working on my ecommerce platform?

Hi everyone,

anyone could help me to identify where dumb little me has a mistake? :slightly_smiling_face:

I’m not capable to identify after a week of work why my CSV import does not work.

When I upload the file everything goes smoothly and i receive message that products has been imported, but no products appear in available products.

I have set products to active but they are not visible anywhere :disappointed_face:

Can find out what could be the source of issue.

You can try to check “Product status” and “Schedule availability” on your site.

As I understand your concern, I got a solution for your problem. In the Shopify app store, there are various apps that can import product details through any type of CSV to your Shopify store with all the details of the product like its variants, description, images, price, inventory, etc. . One such app which I would like to suggest you is the Multichannel Importer app for importing purpose.

thanks a lot for support - I managed to make it work. In the end the issue was variant picture which was causing import to not working.

My issue was wrong name of variant pictures.
