Why is my customer getting a checkout error?

i need help I don’t know what to do customer can’t checkout this error is popping out

To gather a bit more context, could you provide a timeline of when the issue first occurred? Could you also advise the following:

  • What payment gateway is the customer using to checkout
  • Can you replicate the error using our troubleshooting payment gateways resource
  • Can you share your store URL so we can try and replicate the error
  • Could you have your customer clear their cache and cookies and try checking out in a different browser or incognito window
