Hello! Please help me!
I have problem with Shopify Payments.
My customer can’t pay for the purchase for some unknown reason, so he sent me this screenshot with text:
“Some items became unavailable. Update the quantity and try again.
Return to store” What should I do???

That sounds more like a problem with inventory than with payments. In the time it took him to reach checkout the items became unavailable. If he updates the quantity and tries again then he may be able to buy less than he wanted.
If the product is in stock then maybe his browser session is a bit buggy and he needs to clear his cache to get through, or maybe he’s indeed trying to order things that are selling out and needs to buy a little faster!
