Hi. Can someone help me. My Google Ads Account has been suspended since 2020. According to Google I have violated the policy of Google. They mention countries like Canada, South Africa, Australia, etc. I am not sure what the issue is and Google support centre has not been helpful. Can someone check my Shopify store and help.

I understand this is frustrating. When it comes to Google’s policies and their decisions to suspend an account, we do not have control on our end to sway their decision or review your account.
You mentioned that you were having some issues with their support, so it might be more helpful for you to have a look at their policies here yourself. See if there is anything that possibly applies to your store, change it and then get in touch with their support again here.
As an alternative, have you considered looking into Facebook Ads instead? In case you’re unfamiliar with how they work, have a look at this Shopify Learn Course on the topic here.
Since you shared the link to your store, I was able to take a closer look at it - you have done some really great work! I especially love that you have such accessible contact options such as a chat option in the corner. One thing that I noticed is some code showing at the very top of the site:
