Why is my local pickup option no longer functioning?

The local pickup option is no longer working for some reason. I have made sure that all the basic stuff is correct. The only thing I could not do was select “this is a physical product” for my items. There is just not that option anywhere.

I have inventory here, and I also utilize dropshipping, so not all items are available for local pickup.

I am not sure what changed that would have caused this to stop working.

If so, I would recommend checking out our Setting Up Local Pickup Video to confirm all steps have been completed. This video makes set up as simple as possible, but can also refer to our Local Pickup Documentation for additional considerations before setting up this feature.

If after completing the steps above you continue to experience issues with local pickup being available, I recommend Contacting Support for further investigation.
