Hello, I woke up today and went to the website and found my main page getting this error 404 page not found and below it continue shopping
I also noticed that two of my collections are missing

Thank you for the screenshot! I was able to replicate this issue on my end but couldn’t see a cause for it. I would strongly recommend reaching out to our live support to assist in troubleshooting this. If you have noticed certain other changes to the store we want to rule out any unwanted access to the account.
I would make sure to let our live support know that could be a possible concern so that they can assist in making sure your account is secure.
To contact our live support please follow this link: Shopify Help Center - Contact Support, sign into your store account, search for your issue and use the contact support button at the bottom of the search results to see all our live support options.
When i click on the contact support option it brings me back to the common topics tab

Thank you for letting me know! When going through the steps to contact support, if you search for your issue and then open a help document the contact support button at the bottom of the help doc will start the process over.
Instead, search for your issue and scroll to the bottom of the provided help docs. There will be a contact support button there that will take you to all available support options.
If for any reason that isn’t working, please clear your browser cache and cookies and also try in an incognito/private window.
