Why is my new domain not working on my ecommerce site?

Hello,

Recently i have bought the domain name: www.pricenobel.com. But for some reason it doesn’t work (i attach a screenshot below). The error message that i’am getting is: “This site is not reachable DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN”. I checked the DNS setting and coudn’t find an error also i add this image below.

Please can somebody explain or help me?

If you recently bought it (within the last 24 hours), then there is a good chance it isn’t set up yet, so we’ll want to wait before attempting any troubleshooting steps.

To fix a suspended domain, you’ll want to process the following steps:

1. Head to Online Store/Domains

2. Click on your “root” domain - The domain without the “www.”

3. Click resend email:

4. If you do not see this, then that means your email bounced. If this is the case, you’ll want to click on “edit” next to Registrar Information and update the email on file, which will automatically send the verification email.

5. Once you’ve verified the domain, it should bring the domain back online within 5-30 minutes.

Hey Joseph thank you for your quick respond and help. I don’t see an option of resend email, also step 4 edit registar information i cannot find. Can you please show me where i can find this?

When i click on that link i get to the site. But when i just type in google: www.pricenobel.com or pricenobel.com it gives me that error.

Hi @pricenobel , I checked the screenshot you sent and it looks like you bought the domain pricenoble.com instead of pricenobel.com, this is why it’s giving you an error when you go to pricenobel.com. Unfortunately, domains are non-refundable but you can reach out to Shopify if they can do anything about this concern since it’s a misspelling.
