If your store account is unavailable then this means that the account will need to be reviewed by our Business Operations team. This escalated team can only respond via email. While I am not able to directly review open tickets myself I can assure you that if you have created ticket with our support that they will be reaching out soon. It can take 5-7 business days (or longer) for a review to be completed.
So we paid for both shopify and new template and our store is basically broken and we cant use the service and create new website. And it takes support 7 days (or more) to get any kind of help ? What kind of practice is this ?
