Why is my new online store unavailable?

Hello everyone,

We have recently created a new store that hasnt been online yet. Paid for shopify and bought new theme for it.

Logged in about 5 days ago and it we get a message “Something went wrong. xxxxxxx.myshopify.com is currently unavailable”

I have sent email to support but there is zero response and its been days.

Is there any way to get any kind of help ? Its crazy at this point.

Thank you for reaching out and for sharing your ticket number. I’m glad you were able to reach out for support via our email channels.

If your store account is unavailable then this means that the account will need to be reviewed by our Business Operations team. This escalated team can only respond via email. While I am not able to directly review open tickets myself I can assure you that if you have created ticket with our support that they will be reaching out soon. It can take 5-7 business days (or longer) for a review to be completed.

So we paid for both shopify and new template and our store is basically broken and we cant use the service and create new website. And it takes support 7 days (or more) to get any kind of help ? What kind of practice is this ?
