Hello Shopify team, my name is Phyllis Hubbard and I’m the owner of sexy queen accessories. I’ve been having trouble communicating with you. I’m emotionally drained by my Shopify service, and I’m sick of sobbing over my website being pulled down without warning when you feel like it. I’ve been back and forth with you since May 27th, and I’ve done everything you’ve asked me to do, including removing some items from my website, and I finally got my website back up on May 31st, only to have it taken down again today, June 3rd, with no warning as to what I’m doing wrong to deserve this treatment.I’ve been I explaining to the person I’ve been emailing back and forth that I took pictures from online to help me get a white background on a bracelet that I’m selling, but I didn’t realize the picture had a logo on it and I took the pictures down, but my bracelet that I sell doesn’t have a logo on the inside, so please may I keep it up there because I’ve had it up here since I started my business in 2018 and I’ve never had an issue with yall until now. Also, money was taken out of my account from yall immediately before They closed my store, making my account negative.I have no money to pay bills, feed my kids, or place custom orders for my customers since I haven’t been paid from Shopify. I’ve received orders that must be fulfilled. I’ve received messages from consumers, and I’m not sure what to say since I’m frustrated that this keeps occurring. My store being down is affecting my company, and I’m doing all you’re telling me to do. She just emailed me yesterday, and I responded immediately away, but I’ve had no response from her.My store is now closed, I can’t see anything, and no one is willing to help me. It isn’t right that I should have to wait days for a response and be told this isn’t urgent when it clearly is. This is my livelihood and sole source of money; I need to move out of the ghetto, and you’re making it impossible for me. I have 23k tiktok followers, so imagine what my messages are like right now, and I have no idea what to answer to them about their orders. I work so hard to get where i am and this is tearing me down by this keep happening and im not getting no reply
They remove business for stupid reason. I would look into another e-commerce platform. Especially if you do hand made products are anything like that. If you do marketing for images, use Canvas or placeit. Good luck getting a response as their Business Team doesn’t reply back. Some people have their business down for months and weeks. Lost funds too.
