My Shopify store was taken down out of no where. No warning or no issues. We have never had a single complaint or violation.
I received an email at 11:19 that we were at risk for customer disputes not even sure how thats possible since we have never had a dispute.
At 11:31 I received an email that my store has been taken down. Chat support doesn’t seem to have any answers. I have filed a dispute, but I have money waiting for payout in my account as well as orders to fill. How can Shopify just take down a store? Any advice on how to proceed would be greatly appreciate

The biggest piece of information I can provide you is to reach out via those emails you received from our team with any questions you have, or new information you want to provide.
