Our store is Loft & Haven, we’re an online furniture store, our URL is www.loftandhaven.com.
For the past month we have been running ads and have been having consistent website traffic yet no sales. We had some abandoned checkouts, which we performed a routine check to make sure everything was working fine. Everything was working okay. We performed a test order and everything was delivered in time and in good quality. Yet we are still wondering why we are yet to make our first sale.
It would be amazing if anyone could please assist us, whether its giving us advice on how to improve our site or supporting us by placing an order. Any help would be appreciated, especially advice on why we are still waiting to make our first sale. We are always looking to learn new things!

Hey, i’m still new to shopify but do allot of online shopping so happy to give my feedback as to why i wouldn’t purchase from you,
Your store doesn’t look aesthetically pleasing which is the first thing i expect to see from a furniture store.

Announcement banner is small on a web browser and doesn’t stand out

Navigation menu could be larger font, bold and stand out more also.

new years sale yellow background doesn’t go with the theme, try an image in the background or different colour which blends with your brand.

set photos in the banner to all show the same size

flowing further down it doesn’t flow nicely through the photos (Categories), having a white background and a square image is basic. try looking on canva for some style options on how to place images.

clicking into a category takes you to a new page rather then staying on the same page

Add filters as i dont want to scroll through all the products to see what white couches you have, size etc

product description looks like a hot mess. needs to be in sections with bold writing etc for dimensions, materials

Sold out items add a notify me section when back in stock

Add wish list (Sorry just noticed it is there, maybe make it stand out ?)

Do you offer any buy now pay later options ? as nothing mentioned on the pages or checkout
