That is certainly not ideal that you are unable to access your store - I would be happy to steer you in the right direction here.

Usually if there is an issue with your store, then one of our teams would reach out to you via email with more information. Can you please check your email inbox to see if you received anything from us? It is possible that it may have ended up in the spam/junk folders, so be sure to check there too.

If you did receive correspondence from us, then any further queries should be sent there by replying directly to the email - that will be your direct line to the team dealing with the store. However, if you did not receive any information yet, and do not know why your store is unavailable then I would recommend reaching out to our support team using this link here.

On the Shopify Community we cannot access your account, so using the link above will allow you to authenticate through our help centre where we can take a closer look.

hello rick this is not solutions still i am not able to to login in my store and my store unavailable still please :folded_hands: do cooperate and reactive my store as soon as possible, i already take members ship of 3 years plan with shopify, i am very very unsatisfied with shopify i am taking follow up still 3 days still not solve out my logging issue … kindly solve out as soon as possible my customers are waiting for theirs orders whats can i do without my store … please do helpful as soon as possible…

It sounds like you have already been in touch with our support team, and are currently awaiting a followup to your ticket, is that correct?

I understand that having to wait a few days is not ideal, and I can appreciate that you are not currently satisfied with the situation, especially as you want to get back to your store and fulfil orders.

However as I mentioned previously, here on the Shopify Community we do not have access to any account information, including any open tickets. Because of this I am unable to provide you with any extra information regarding your store, or reactivate the store on your behalf.

As long as you have contacted us via my help centre link above, or replied back to any emails you have received regarding this issue, then you will need to wait for the relevant team to process your information and reply back. We treat issues like this with the utmost care, so it shouldn’t be long before you get a reply with more information.
