Why is my online store getting traffic but no sales?

Hello my https://goscstore.com have one month and a lot of traffic but zero sale. Can you please help me?

Hi @Shnai ,

I hope this email finds you well. I’ve been analyzing the performance of your website and it looks like you’re getting a good amount of traffic. However, it seems that the sales are not as high as we’d like them to be.

One potential strategy to increase sales could be to focus on targeting a specific audience that has an interest in the items that your shop sells. This way, you can ensure that the people visiting your website are more likely to make a purchase.

To do this, we could consider implementing a marketing campaign that targets individuals who have shown an interest in similar products or have made similar purchases in the past. This could include targeting specific demographics or using data from past customer purchases to identify patterns and interests.

Alternatively, we could try A/B testing different versions of your website to see which layout and messaging is most effective at converting visitors into customers.

I believe that by focusing on targeting a specific audience and optimizing the website for conversions, we can increase the sales and achieve the desired results. Let me know your thoughts on this and we can discuss further.

Best regards,

Rohail Ali

Hi Shnai,

Hope all is well.

I did run an audit on your site and found many problems that needs to be fixed. For example, the slider which prompts a user to engage on every page itself is a friction as it keeps hampering the navigation flow of the user. We could better time the same as it becomes a big distraction for the user.

In your collections page, the rewards CTA overlaps the filter options which is a friction for the user. Filters help users to get to their desired product quickly and this functionality could be better placed from a user experience standpoint.

There are many such problems on the site which needs to be fixed and these fixes will ensure you get long term gains rather short term gains.

Hope this helps.
