Why is my online store still under review after a week?

My store is unavailable after I added my card ad chose plan. I contacted the support and received the information that reviewing will take 24-72 hours, now I’m waiting about a week and account is still on review. The ticket number is 38217036.

Please anyone who had the same problem tell me how to solve it and avoid in the future.
