My Shopify store went done saying “store currently unavailable.” I paid for my domain and Shopify plan not 48 hours ago. I already began marketing and have a lot of people on social media asking me when my website will be back up. What should I do? I have a ticket number but the 24/7 help that Shopify claims to have just does not exist anymore.

Hello I’m having the same issue. I’ve reached out to customer care over chat everyday for a couple weeks and all they say is they have escalated to the account team who will contact me. And I’m yet to hear anything back not even a confirmation that it has gotten to their desk, it has been at least 2-3 weeks that this has been going on. Please for the love of God, HELP!!
