Why is my online store suddenly closed?

My store is closed and I have not received any emails stating stating it was about to be or why. My account has been paid. Please help me restore my store. Thank you

That is definitely frustrating. We generally send out an email to merchants if there is an issue with the store. I recommend checking your junk folder if you haven’t already.

However, if you can’t seem to find any correspondence from Shopify you can absolutely reach out to our live advisors, who can contact our escalated team to take a look. Unfortunately, the community team doesn’t have access to look into specific accounts.

Please visit our Help Center and to create a support request through live chat. Simply type your request in ‘Ask about a topic’, scroll down to ‘Get Support’, and then click ‘Continue.’ At some point you could be provided a list help guides, but scrolling past these will show a link to our support team.
