Why is my payout still pending after three weeks?

My payout is pending 3 weeks after the due date. I have created a ticket, had it escalated, just to hear nothing back from Shopify. I need this issue resolved. I just need my hard earned money. I make everything by hand and I am a new store trying to build. HELP!!!

Are you kidding me? This was 6-8 months ago. I’ve deactivated my account
and my legal dept handled my issue..
