Has anyone experienced their POS app delaying and freezing during scanning and checking out? I am using an Android tablet. Purchased a brand new one this morning. Loaded the app, same issues. Now, it will not recognize the Bluetooth scanner on the new tablet and I have tried two of them. The Shopify advisors have looked at this issue twice now with no fix. We had to close the doors today for a few hours until we could figure out how to accept a payment and manage our inventory.

We are also experiencing this. Shopify Support suggested Allow Cross-Website Tracking in the app settings but it’s made no difference. We’re experiencing this on multiple iPads at multiple locations.
