Why is my product bulk import failing on Shopify?

I am receiving the below screen when trying to import my CSV product listing. Any suggestions? The error message indicated the issue is on the Shopify side but the status page shows all is working.

We’re currently not experiencing any issues with the Product section on the Shopify admin. Have you tried to upload your product CSV file on an incognito mode or private browser window? When using an incognito mode, if you’re still experiencing the same issues, you can check if you’ve disabled your browser extensions, as these can also impact on your browser performance.

You can also ensure that the web browser you’re using is up to date on the latest version. If the issues still persist, you can also try to access your store and try the CSV upload from another device altogether, just so that we can rule out any device, browser, or caching issues.

If you’re able to successfully upload your CSV file using one of the methods above, chances are you’d need to clear your browser’s cookies and cache on your usual device or browser. However if all of those still don’t work, you can try another internet connection, for example by switching to a cellular network on a phone rather than using wifi.

Thanks but the issue was related to my field mapping. I have resolved and it is now working.

The error is however misleading.
