Just to gather some additional context, are you unable to successfully login to your online store? Or, are you receiving an error message when you login to your Shopify store?
I would suggest trying to reset your password if you have forgotten or lost your password to login.
If you are receiving an error message when you are attempting to login, you may need to reach out to our support directly. Since I cannot authenticate over the Community forums due to the sensitive information that would need to be shared, I am unable to look into the specifics. In this case, it would be best to login to your Shopify store using the Contact Us page. This will allow us to securely verify you as the store owner.
Once you successfully login, or select the option to Continue without logging in - you will be directed to the Help Center. Select the topic that you would like assistance with to locate the options to Get Support and speak with a Support Advisor about the situation.

In this case, you will need to reach out to our support by attempting to login to your online store using the Contact Us page.
