Why is my site offline and how can I contact Shopify?

My site is currently offline and inaccessible. I have not received anything from Shopify on what is going on, I also cannot contact them because the login portion of the contact page for Shopify is not working. Does any one have any information on this issue’s status since Shopify seams to offer none?

An issue involving admin, storefront, and support page access emerged earlier and this is why you weren’t able to access those areas. Fortunately, our developers were immediately aware and worked on fixing it as soon as possible. I’m pleased to let you know the issue is now resolved so you are able to access your admin, storefront and the support page. If you still aren’t able to access them, please try clearing the cookies and cache of your browser.
