Why is my SSL certificate still pending after domain transfer?

Hi,

My SSL has been pending for a few days. None of these previously resolved discussion answers have given me new insight. Can Shopify tech support please take a look and tell me what I’m missing?

This is what I see when I try to access the site on Safari.

I understand you’ve transferred your third-party domain to Shopify and the SSL is still pending after a few days.

Once you’ve followed the steps to transfer your domain to Shopify, it can take up to 20 days for your domain to be transferred. After it’s transferred, you receive a confirmation email from Shopify. You can access your domain settings in your Settings > Domains section of your Shopify admin.

Upon checking your DNS settings for your domain www.upstatemary.com, it looks as though the subdomain points to Shopify. Are you still seeing a pending SSL error message in your Domains section?

If your domain hasn’t transferred to Shopify after 20 days, then review your Junk or Spam email folders for any notices about the transfer or required actions. If you didn’t receive any email messages, then you can connect with our support team via the Shopify Help Center.

20 days? What happened to 48 hours. I have a huge sales opportunity coming up this weekend. Can I back out and reconnect to my old domain and be operational by Thursday?

I did check my domain section again this morning. No changes. This is what it looks like. There weren’t any missed shopify messages in my junk folder, so I’m guessing this is a waiting game.
