Hi, so basically, when i click on checkout or other payment options, etc and i arrive on the checkout page, it’s just one long page and at the end you can pay. Normally, it gets you on a page where you put your address, after you click on a button to go the the payment page and then you pay, but me it’s all in one page and i would like to go back to the old version.

If you are seeing your checkout on one page it means you are using the new One Page Checkout! This is a new checkout system which we find offers much better conversions! You can learn more here.
In the meantime, I’d love if you could provide a link to your store to see what additional feedback we can provide.

Just letting you know this has had a HUGE negative impact on my conversion rate!!! Visitors are up, add to carts are up BUT the conversion rate is wayyyy LOWER!!! Horrible update! Atleast give us an option to go back to the 3 step checkout
