Why is the password reset feature not working on my ecommerce site?

Hello there!
When my customers click the “Forgot your password?” nothing happens…
this is the page: https://beforemidnightvintage.com/account/login

I hope one of you can help here, I’ve tried searching around and but none of the other solutions worked for my store.

Hi there!

It looks like that ‘Forgot your password’ button is linked to itself on that page, that’s why when it’s clicked nothing changes.

Can you give me a little more insight into your website, what theme are you using?
