My account been frozen since August 10. I was told the funds would be released after 120 days. It have been over 120 days and it’s not released and I have messaged the email regarding the deactivation several times and no response. I’ve also texted out to support who claimed my issue been escalated and someone will contact me since October and no one contacted me. When will my payout be released?
