My website www.sherrijoscosmetics.com has not been working for 3 days. PLEASE HELP ME I’ve been reaching out with no helpful response. I bought my domain from shopify.

Thank you for sharing a link to your store. I can see that there is an error showing: “DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN”.
This error usually means that your domain’s DNS information has not been updated properly, generally this isn’t a requirement for domains purchased from Shopify, but it can sometimes be nescessary.
In your store admin under Settings > Domains you should be able to manage your domain and review your DNS records that are setup. You can find more information about how to do this in the Help Center:

And the DNS settings should have:
- Point the A [email removed] record to the Shopify IP address
23.227.38.65
. - Delete any other A records on the domain if there are any present.
- Point the CNAME record with the name www to
shops.myshopify.com
.
If you are not able to manage the domain in your store admin then there is a possibility that payment for the domain did not go through. You can confirm if payment was collected (and not refunded back) in your Billing section of the admin.
Lastly, contacting our live support through the Help Center will allow our support team to authenticate your account and be able to review the status of the domain on the backend.
Yes that’s the weird thing about it. I doesn’t give me the option to manage or change DNS settings.
