I understand you’re using the Prestige theme and are unable to view the call to action button on mobile, but it’s visible on desktop. For better visibility, could you share your store URL so we can try and replicate the issue?
I’ll suggest a few workarounds to try to help resolve the issue:
First, could you try previewing your store in a fresh Shopify theme? This step can help determine if the issue carries out on a fresh theme with no coding applied. You can add a free theme directly from within your Shopify admin, Online Store > Themes section. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Explore free themes.
A second option is to follow our help center guide to roll back your theme code. By rolling back your theme code we can identify the time frame in which the issue took place. This section can be located within your Online Store > Themes > Actions > Edit code.

When navigating to your store on a mobile device I was able to see the Add to Cart option and not the View Product option.
Were you able to try walking through the troubleshooting steps I’ve shared above? These steps can help narrow down when the issue first started and if we’re able to revert the changes to see what is affecting it.
When I try your both suggested solution then custom section that is added removes but I didn’t want to remove it is possible for you to check if there is any error in coding so we can show this button in Mobile view

The troubleshooting steps listed above should not remove any section of your store.
Previewing within a fresh Shopify theme (without publishing the theme) will allow you to see if the issue persists on a fresh theme with no coding edits.
Rolling back your theme code allows you to select a date stamp within your Themes > Actions > Edit Code section. Once you’ve selected a date stamp you can select Preview to see the time frame in which the issue occurred. To go back to your previous date stamp you can select Current. I’ll share a screenshot below for better visibility.
