“a store with that name already exists”

Did you previously have another Shopify store where you connected this domain?
This is something that we can check for you if you get in touch with us through here - we will need a screenshot like the second one that you provided, showing from within your third party domain host’s dashboard the domain name and your name/username. The reason that I am redirecting you to that link is because at the moment I am not able to look into your account via the Shopify Community.
Looking at the name of your store - Skinbia - I like it! Very short and sweet but also memorable. Judging by that name, is it that you’re going to sell skincare products?
