On the Shopify app when I open live view the little circle just spins and spins but it never fully loads.
I get the same thing and have done now for 3 days! Others are also getting this happening.

I’d love to hear more about how your Live View is currently behaving. Do you have the same issue with the circle continuously spinning via a web browser or just the app?
On our most up-to-date version, we can expect to see green visitor dots appear on the map as customers add items to their carts - these will also be reflected as Active carts in the Customer behaviour section below. This green dot will flash until the customer begins their checkout, then it will become solid. So while you should always be able to see the number of current visitors on your storefront, you won’t see their location until they activate their cart. You can test this yourself by visiting your online store and watching your location appear on your live view map as you add an item to your cart.
In my own experience, if the Visitors right now field does not update right away, we can definitely expect it to within a couple of minutes.
Let me know if that isn’t the case though and we can explore why that might be.
Moira, Live view doesn’t load, its just a white screen with the internet circle rolling around in the middle of the white screen. Only on the App on my phone, works perfect on desktop.
Things to note: Phone software is up to date, cache was emptied and shopify app has been logged out of and deleted, then re started the phone and downloaded the app again about half hour later. Then tried the live view again and nope its not working.
Hello thanks for your response! I am very familiar with how live view works on desktop and in app on phone. Desktop works great but, the app just loads and never completes. Exactly as explained by Sallyridgway108.

An update to the Shopify app, version 9.72, has been released to resolve this issue. If you have an Android or iOS device, please check you are using version 9.72 to confirm the fix has been applied.
