Why are some products not showing up in my online store?

hello i can see products in my collections in shopify but in my store only some are there!! i didnt have this problem before!

Hello! Have you checked:

  • Product status is set to “Active” instead of “Draft”
  • Product is available in the “Online Store” sales channel
  • seo.hidden metafield is not set to 1
  • Product is not out of stock, if collection is set to hide OOS items
  • You have not set up anything in your Liquid code to hide items based on a variable like tag or stock status

Let us know if these are all checked and it still happens.

thanks yes all those products are set to active and are available and they are not out of stock,i dont know about the liquide thing and seo, if u can explain more thanks

Hello i think its from the URL AND HANDLE but dont know how to edite that

Sorry for late reply. I hope you have solved it, but if not you can change the URL and Handle by following these steps:

  1. Log in to Shopify Admin.
  2. Click on “Products”.
  3. Click on the product you want to change.
  4. Scroll down to the bottom and click “Edit website SEO”.
  5. Under “URL and handle”, change the URL/Handle to what you would like it to.

For example, if I sold an item and gave it the handle big-pink-flowerpot, this handle would show in the URL after /products/.
