Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I’m happy to provide some assistance with adding products to the shop, to ensure this gets resolved. To confirm I’m fully understanding, have those products been successfully added to the shops navigation?
If not, you will want to ensure this step is completed to allow customers to view and browse your online shop. To achieve this, you can check out our Adding, Removing, or Editing Menu Items documentation for those steps.
It outlines however, that you can:
- From the Shopify admin, head into Online Store > Navigation.
- Click Main Menu.
- If there’s an existing menu (i.e Shop), select Edit.
- Click the Link field, and then select the link type Products > All Products.
- Click Save menu.
After creating the drop-down menu for your collections, you can then head over to your online shop to ensure those changes have been saved. We also have a great How-To Video that touches on these steps, making it as simple as possible.
