Why isn't my PayPal integration active on Shopify?

Hello!
I am trying to integrate Shopify with business Paypal. I press button “activate Paypal”. Its transfer me to paypal account. Than I activate all settings for integratetion Paypal with Shopify. It trunsfer me back to Shopify. But, after all my PayPal account isn’t active in Shopify.
Why so? Please advise!
I have been trying to fix it one week.

On any browser, you are using open your Shopify backend on one tab and open a new tab to login to your PayPal. then retry the activation, Have you verified your PayPal account?

One reason why the activation might not be working properly is because the country or region in your Shopify store does not match the one in your PayPal account, which will prevent the activation from happening successfully. Please check that your PayPal account’s region matches the one you’ve set in the Shopify admin (Settings > Store details).

If they are the same, please try activating your account again via another browser or device. It’s possible that an issue with your browser’s cache is preventing the accounts being linked correctly.
