Why isn't my PayPal reflecting payments from my online store orders?

Hi, we are very new to shopify and we have had two purchased. I didn’t have the Shopify Credit Card checkout activated so the two people who purchased had to use Paypal. Once they did I didn’t know I needed to add my own paypal to receive the funds. I just did that, and now it says that one of the orders was refunded to the client. The other says paid but I have not received the funds into my paypal. I am very confused and very frustrated because I want this to work.

  • How long ago was the order placed?
  • Is there an error message showing on the order page regarding the Paypal account?
  • Have you also contacted Paypal Support?

Once I have your response, we can look into this further and figure out what the next best steps may be!
