Why isn't my social media account eligible for the Collabs network?

i connected a valid social media account that has over 1k followers but it still says i dont meet the requirements to join the collabs network

Thanks for posting!

Not to worry, this is a known delay that we are working on resolving. Roughly 24 hours after signing up you should see your account connected accurately as expected. If it still doesn’t display correctly after 48 hours please let me know!

im also struggling for my tiktok to be connected to Shopify collabs just don’t know what’s happening could you please help me out it doesn’t even give me the option to link it just says you need 1k followers on a single platform to join collabs

Does your TikTok account currently have 1000 followers? If so, you should be accepted. However, there is currently a glitch that prevents connection from fully establishing until 24 hours have passed. Please let me know what happens after 24 hours.

I’m having this problem as I have over 2000 followers on my FB page. I will check again tomorrow to see if anything has changed.

Hi Skye,

I have had this error on a new collab application multiple times. I tried clearing my cache and cookies, tried disconnecting and reconnecting my social account, and tried multiple browsers. what is my next step?
