Hi @newnaturenz

This is Noah from PageFly - Shopify Page Builder App

This issue is because your domain hasn’t adapted to Shopify yet.

It is showing bunch of errors while trying to load the Shopify required links

In this case, please make sure that your domain has been verified. If already verified you can contact the Shopify support team to take a look into the issue.

Hope this can help you solve the issue

Best regards,

Noah | PageFly

Hello @newnaturenz :waving_hand:

Looks like you just connected your domain to your store. It may take a day for the SSL certificate to be issued for the domain. After that, your store will be back to normal.

Hey! Thanks! Yeah I just made it live. I’ll wait and see if the issue is fixed tomorrow.

Hi, @newnaturenz .

Have you made any changes to your domain’s DNS settings recently? If you have, just a note that your website may not fully function during this time as it typically takes up to 48 hours for any changes to a domain to be fully propagated.

In saying this, I’ve just navigated to your website and can see that the connection isn’t secure. This tells me that there is an error with your store’s SSL certificate. If you’ve recently made changes to your DNS settings, then as explained above you’ll need to simply wait for the full 48-hour period for the domain to fully propagate, and for the SSL certificate to be automatically provisioned on your store. More information on this can be found on our help guide here.

If you’ve not made any changes recently to your domain’s settings however, seeing as your DNS records look to be set correctly and is pointing to Shopify, we’ll need to investigate the domain in more detail. If required, we can also attempt to manually provision the domain certificate from our end. To do this, please navigate to our Help Center here and ask the virtual chat assistant to contact support. Follow the prompts from there, and you’ll then be connected with one of our Support Advisors who can assist you further with this matter.

Sure, hope everything will be going great.

Hi Kimi,

Thank you for the reply.

I have not made any changes to my DNS, I’ve also tried different themes, but they are also not loading up properly. I’ve asked the virtual assistant to help me.

Looks like it is working now :tada:

@newnaturenz

Gotcha, appreciate the update! Were you able to be connected to one of our Support Advisors at all, or was it only the virtual chat assistant that you spoke with in the Help Center?

If you weren’t able to connect with a Support Advisor this time around, for future references you can ask the chat assistant to contact support, and it’ll guide you to then select one of your stores that you need assistance with. After selecting a store, the chat assistant will ask if you’d like to speak with a Support Advisor, and you can click on the link it presents in order to join our live support team’s queue.

Glad to see your website is functioning as intended now though! Feel free to create a separate post in our Community Forums here if there’s another aspect of your store that you need assistance with.
