Why was my online store account terminated?

i contact support my account was than avaialable but when i try to buy plan by the same method that i used in past they tell that double check your credit card detail and than at same time my store again become unavailable

i am Pakistan and my store is located in united kingdom so how i buy plan being in pakistan

i using Naya Pay account to buy plan But i don’t know why it is declined

before i buy plan with this same account nothing waas happen but i don’t know what happen now that my Naya Pay account is not accepting

Are you able to tell me more about your current interactions with our live support team? What exactly are they saying about this matter?

Given that the issue is with our billing, we always refer you to our live team as they are the ones who can open up backend information and see what is happening with your account; such information is not available to us over social channels.
