Is anyone having issues generating packing slips? It was going well this morning and in the last 30mins i am unable to generate packing slips, have tried changing browser as well as changing device and logging in and out.. any ideas?

sat on hold in a chatroom for 20 min. they wanted me to d/l another browser and try. I said no. then 10 min later, they told me it was a system wide issue and they are working on it…
This has been ongoing for months and its utterly out of control. I thought the problem was order printer, so I went ahead and paid $20/month for another one, and the same problem is happening again tonight. I’m so utterly exhausted with this. It seems to happen mostly in the evening, when I’m working late and trying to get stuff out the door. Of all times.
