I’m having issues with my website - it just won’t load. I’m not very technically minded, and I’m stumped. Is there anyone that can help me in very simple terms please?
I’m trying to, but I can’t find an email address or anything for them… How do I contact them?

I understand you’re experiencing issues when trying to navigate your website. In order to gather a bit more context, could you share information on the following:
- Please share your store URL so we can try and replicate the issue.
- Share a screenshot of the issue/error message.
- Are you able to access your Shopify admin?
- Are customers unable to navigate to your website?
In the meantime, I recommend trying the following troubleshooting steps in order to rule out any local browser issues.
Troubleshooting Steps:
- Clear your cache and cookies on your browser. After this, completely reboot the browser.
- Try a different web browser, as well as an incognito window or a private window to rule out any browser issues.
- When using incognito, if you are still experiencing a display issue, confirm you have disabled browser extensions as these can change how the pages look.
- Ensure the web browser is up to date on the latest version (we don’t support every browser, but we do support these ones)
- Try another device, like another computer or mobile phone.
- Try on the Shopify Mobile app; this is usually the best step to try as it also rules out device issues.
Lastly, I wanted to share the steps to contact our support team as you mentioned you’re having trouble locating a contact email. When navigating to the Shopify Help Center, you can log into your store and select a topic from the ones provided. On the following page, scroll down to Get Support and select the option Leave a message. We also offer support through our live chat option or by requesting a callback. I’ll share a screenshot below of where to locate our support options.
