Will my payouts still be processed if my online store is closed?

So today I received an email saying my Shopify store was closed , I emailed them back asking if there is anything I can do to work this out but still didn’t receive answer yet . Also that same day I had one payout that said paid and one in transit . Will those payouts be held or still payed out ?
