Welcome to the community, but sorry to hear about your case.
You should go and report it on :
Fraud or issue with an oder, more reports Shopify cuould act faster and close the store. But note they can not go to police, you can try on your side but not much hope there. Also not much hope in a refund, unfortunately. You can try with your bank only.
There are a lot of scammers that take advantage of people, scam close stores, open new and like that in a circle. The only way is to spread the word and recognise the red flags before the purchase. You mention a few but here is what I see:
The first red flag is the big discounts you get bombarded straight away: 60%, 50%, 40%, you wonder quality and why if something is good is being sold for 50% less. People do love discounts, and now we are going into the holiday season, where a lot of regular stores might have bigger discounts. So knowing scammers are using that, we all need to be more careful. And check the store a bit.
Next, I do see dominant reviews, stars in Trustpilot shape, and there is a mention of Trustpilot, but if you go to the Trustpilot site there is just one review, and I guess yours, to warn others who might check.
Domain age, it is not even a month old, so a really new store, so a red flag to be cautious
For me, another red flag in bundle discounts, it does not make sense that buying two jackets is “most popular”. It is just a way to grab more money; if you scam it does not matter when you do not deliver.
Like you also saw, no contact information except email, and in checkout under terms, I think there is an address " 412 W 7TH ST STE 1006, Clovis, NM, 88101, US" but that looks fake, plus you wonder what an address from US is looking for on a mostly German-oriented site?
Another thing with prices, if you do Google image reverse search, you can find more suspicious stores with similar prices, all new, but also for some items, you can find real stores and real prices. Like “R&L® Pufferjacke” it is 50 EUR there with a discount, but if you search, you can see prices like 400-500 EUR. So those do look, too good to be true" prices, no?
