Nothing can be as annoying as ‘Your payouts from Shopify Payments are on hold while we review your account’.
Is this some kind of joke or something? Shopify is supposed to do all the documentation before making sales. I just made sales and shopify puts payouts on hold and I am just stuck. How on earth are the small business owners supposed to survive without cash flow from a week? There is no number to contact the verification team and support team always have just one answer, a specialist is on your case already!! How long does it take to just verify couple or documents and release the hold?
