We have terminated Lola Hair® due to activity that is not, or that we suspect is not, a legitimate commerce practice. This type of activity damages consumer trust and is a violation of Shopify’s Terms of Service. As a result, we will no longer host Lola Hair® on Shopify and your account has been closed.

If you believe this decision was made in error, you can submit an appeal. This will initiate a review process to determine if your store can be reinstated.

My name is Youness and I am the owner of the store Lola Hair®. I received your notification stating that the store was terminated due to “suspicious / non-legitimate activity.” I fully understand the importance of your policies in maintaining consumer trust, but I believe this decision was made in error, as I am not engaged in anything illegal or in violation of your Terms of Service.

Using the ® symbol without actually having registered your trademark with the patent office would definitely be a major violation, and something that Shopify would automatically terminate your account for.

Only Shopify staff can look at the exact reasons for termination and accept your appeal. You should explain any and all mistakes or errors of judgment in your appeal.
