Well, sorry to say, but that looks like a complete scam shop to me. Try their contact form, but I doubt you’ll get a reply.

You can report the merchant here https://www.shopify.com/legal/tools/report-an-issue/report-a-merchant also, try to check with your bank if you paid with a credit card to stop the transaction if possible.

But here is why I think it is a fake store:

  • The homepage is very strange, it looks unfinished and is not professional
  • Most of the links are empty pages
  • This should be a big red flag, there is no contact information, no email, phone address, or business details
  • The domain is just 2 months old, guess targeted “Black Friday”
  • Price is good, it matches some on Aliexpress and Amazon but most of them are double.
  • That bundle offer, that wants you to spend more money is often used by scammers. When they deliver nothing it does not matter how many you can order.
  • The theme says the “alpha” version is also a bit strange.
