Getting this error message, so I logged out. Now I can’t even get the page to load to log back in. What’s going on?
I have two test stores. One of them was created few month back, another one was created two days ago. The old app will receive a 502 bad gateway error when loading the admin page during the end of the my production app installation.
The newer store can install the app and show the admin page fine, without any errors.
The failed GET request looks like this:
https://admin.shopify.com/store/<my-test-store>/apps/<my-app-name>/authenticate/token?shop=<full-store-name>&target=<encoded-target>&host=<encoded-host-string>
I had tried clear browser caches, cookies, and tried different browsers such chrome and safari, and the same behavior.
Any ideas why?

Me too for one of my new stores…really annoying
I’m having the same problem at the moment. Possibly a wide spread problem that is being worked on?

Already tried clearing cache and data, no help. Can still enter the store normally

We can’t get into our Shopify account, and so unable to process orders. This is happening too much lately do we need to start looking for a new platform? They provide no opportunity to talk to anyone
So are we, and we can’t process orders, this is happening too much with Shopify lately, perhaps we need to look for another platform
Its happened numerous times this year with Shopify and we are getting fed up with them
